Another lovely dayso I went for a spin on the bike. Had planned to do an easy circuit of the Pendam Trail followed by a faster timed circuit, but halfway round the first circuit I realised I was ahead of my PB so pushed a little harder for the 2nd half. Ended up doing the pendam Trail in 39:49, a full 3 minutes faster than my previous best. The weather conditions were perfect though and some of the trail had been resurfaced which made things a little quicker.

The did the main loop of the Summit trail, down the Mark of Zoro and back up the leg burner. By now there were a few more people on the trials so I took it easy and had a chat to a few as I passed them.
